Module Overview
Originated by Prof. Sebastian Veselik
Critical Thinking is the objective analysis of facts to form a judgment. This is a complex and multi-faceted topic, and there are several different areas of work which generally include the rational, sceptical, unbiased analysis or evaluation of factual evidence. This module aims to support young people to think critically by being aware of the values of others, cultural judgements, taking things on trust and asking pertinent questions. By building critical thinking into their everyday life, young people can make more balanced and appropriate choices and decisions and create a more rounded life experience.
