Behaviour with other people

Module Overview

Originated by: Dr Amit Khairnar

This is the range of actions and mannerisms made by individuals, organisms and systems in conjunction with themselves or their environment. This includes other systems or organisms around as well as the (inanimate) physical environment. It is the response of the system or organism to various stimuli or inputs, whether internal or external, conscious or subconscious.

This module looks at the range of behaviour we share as humans, how we respond to other people and how we can change behaviour through different responses to what goes on around us.

We will explore

  • What influences our behaviour with other people?
  • How we respond and react to other’s behaviour
  • What are the unwritten rules of behaviour?
  • How can we change our behaviour to achieve more helpful outcomes?
  • Behaviour in different cultures

We are continously working to improve and update our material to ensure it is meeting the needs of students and teachers alike.

Our programmes include a range of learning materials to support both teachers and students in the classroom. Content wise, each module is different but some components are common to all to provide assessment tools for teachers and familiar references for students.

This module includes

  • Lesson plan
  • PowerPoint presentation
  • Observation of thoughts
  • Teacher assessment
  • Student worksheet

We believe that some topics are approached more powerfully by bringing in animation. That is why some of the topics have videos to illustrate the learning points
