Module Overview

Being emotionally well is more than just handling stress. It also involves being attentive to your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, whether positive or negative.  In this module we look at our thoughts and feelings with a view to seeking clearer self-understanding. We also explore body language and see how expressing emotions through our body language tells a story.  We work together to find out how to be more mindful about identifying and expressing emotions.

All modules are delivered to you via email through a downloadable link.

Our programmes include a range of learning materials to support both teachers and students in the classroom. Content wise, each module is different but some components are common to all to provide assessment tools for teachers and familiar references for students.
