Mental Health is not just the absence of mental disorder. It is defined as a state of wellbeing in which every individual can realise his or her own potential, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to her or his community. This module looks at ways to help stay healthy – thinking about how today’s technology impacts on this. It offers suggestions for students on how to live life with a purpose and make positive contributions to their family and community.
