Our quality of character

Module Overview

Originated by: Dr Emil Visnovsky

The character of a person is manifested in the specific ways that an individual relates and reacts to others, to various kinds of stimuli, and to the environment.

This module looks at what our personal characteristics are, how we would describe them to ourselves and others, what personal qualities we have, our preferred activity and how all these things make us the character we are.

We will explore

  • Defining our own character
  • What activities we like to do
  • Words we would use to describe our character
  • Looking at what traits we have
  • Sharing ideas about what shapes people’s character

  • Teacher assessment
  • Student activities

We believe that some topics are approached more powerfully by bringing in animation. That is why some of the topics have videos to illustrate the learning points
