Perseverance is often defined as trying to do or continuing to do something in a determined way, despite having problems. It suggests activity maintained in spite of difficulties or steadfast and long-continued application, endurance and perseverance combined to win in the end.
This module looks at our individual personal goals and sharing these in groups. We then look at what are the challenges to achieving these goals and how we put in steps to break them down into bite size chunks to make them achievable over time.
