A certain amount of stress is a normal part of life. There are diagnosable medical conditions that describe stress and anxiety that affect people beyond the normal and manageable amount. Unmanageable stress and anxiety can be unhealthy, both physically and psychologically. This module looks at possible causes and effects of stress and anxiety and focuses on exam stress in particular. Students are encouraged to spot the signs of unmanageable stress, suggestions for reliving the effects and take action to support themselves through difficult times.
