Relationships are a massive part of our lives and life would be very different without them. Of course sometimes relationships can be challenging, but in the long run they are one of the most important things in life, and yet also one of the easiest things to neglect. Good friendships can last a lifetime and there are many benefits from putting effort into creating them.
